In celebration of Women’s Day, Koru is launching KORU+ELAS, a free mentoring program aimed at women who already hold leadership positions, are in career transition or are aiming to achieve prominent positions in the market.
The Purpose of KORU+ELAS
The initiative was created with the aim of fostering professional growth through sharing experiences and exchanging strategies that transform challenges into opportunities.
During the month of March, KORU+ELAS will bring to light debates and practices aimed at strengthening female leadership.
“We believe that strengthening female leadership is essential to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration in organizations. Mentoring Schedule
The program will feature four thematic sessions, addressing fundamental aspects for the evolution of corporate management:
12/03 – Female Leadership: Exploring how to transform barriers into sources of strength, with discussions on the unique challenges and opportunities of the female-dominated corporate environment. The focus will be on developing strategies to assert presence and build support networks that foster inclusive and diverse environments.
03/19 – Career and Professional Development: Presentation of tools and techniques for creating a solid career plan, aligning personal skills and individual values with professional objectives to accelerate successful trajectories.
03/26 – Team Management and Organizational Culture: Debate on innovative techniques for building and leading high-performance teams, gambler data ighlighting the importance of fostering a collaborative and inclusive organizational culture.
02/04 – Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Immersion in the world of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, with a focus on developing skills to identify disruptive opportunities and implement innovative solutions that add value to both the market and careers.
Registration and Information
Applications for KORU+ELAS will be open from February 18 to March 7. The first call for mentorships is scheduled for March 10, and the program will officially begin on March 12.
